01 / PRINT FINISHING
BOPP
Finishing and adhesion for printed materials.
Available in gloss and matte, Zanatto's BOPP uses double corona treatment to promote spot UV varnish adhesion. The 6 µm EVA adhesive layer provides adhesion to offset and digitally printed materials.
The finish should match the piece's visual concept: gloss and matte offer different presentations. When choosing the material, also consider lamination and varnishing stages. Zanatto helps assess the combination of finish, printing and production routine.
02 / MECHANICAL PRECISION
Calibrated packing paper
Marks-3zet.
Used as packing on the blanket cylinder, these papers help adjust cylinder alignment. They help standardize mounting, reduce plate wear and balance solids and halftones.
Thickness selection is part of preparing the printing assembly. Identifying the packing used and maintaining a mounting standard makes adjustments easier to repeat between jobs. Different thicknesses allow selection according to press configuration and application needs.
03 / DAMPENING
Fountain solution

The formulation allows preparation of a dampening solution without isopropyl alcohol. According to Zanatto, it is compatible with ink manufacturers and dampening roller systems.
Dampening preparation is part of offset printing control. Beyond choosing the product, monitor application conditions and record the team's adjustments. Technical guidance helps connect solution selection to the process used in the printing plant.
